When you contact us
The enquiry form asks for your name, email address, enquiry subject and message. You can also provide your company and country. This information is sent to MASLAB so that the team can respond to your request. Please do not include sensitive personal information or confidential formulations.
How enquiries are handled
Submitted enquiries are stored using Cloudflare and sent through Resend to MASLAB’s enquiry mailbox. The website does not add you to a mailing list. Enquiry details are used to respond to your message and discuss the relevant business request.
How long website records are kept
Enquiry records in the website database are automatically deleted after 90 days. This does not delete copies delivered to MASLAB’s email mailbox. Contact us about access, correction or deletion of your enquiry.
Technical information
The website uses a short-lived, hashed network identifier to limit repeated form requests. Hosting and email service providers may process technical information needed to operate their services. This version does not include advertising cookies or analytics trackers.
